As our products are custom made for you please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges for change your mind. When you receive your item and in the unlikely event that they are faulty we will arrange a replacement or refund providing the item is sent back to us within 30 days.
Please be sure to email us within 5 days of receiving the item with your full details, order number and description of the faulty or damaged goods.
Shipping of returned Items
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returned goods. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds.
